The Law On Amendments To The Turkish Commercİal Code And Some Other Laws Has Been Published - ECOVIS Diplomat Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.

With the Law No. 7511 on Amendments to the Turkish Commercial Code and Certain Laws published in the Official Gazette dated 29 May 2024:

In joint stock companies, the chairman and deputy chairman of the board of directors can be elected in accordance with the term of office of the board of directors.
Joint stock and limited liability companies whose capital is below the new minimum capital amount will be deleted from the trade registry if they do not increase their capital to the minimum capital amount until 31/12/2026.
